Cancellation Policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE ONLINE SHOP AND SERVICES – EMBODIED REVOLUTION §1. GENERAL PROVISIONS The online shop available at www.wildrosesomatics.co is operated by Aneta Bednarczyk, a self-employed individual registered in the United Kingdom, trading as Embodied Revolution. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Shop, placing orders for digital products, and the principles of providing coaching and somatic services (online and in-person). Services provided by Embodied Revolution do not constitute therapy or medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical treatment. §2. DEFINITIONS Seller/Coach – Aneta Bednarczyk (Embodied Revolution). Client – a natural or legal person using the services or making a purchase. Digital Product – content delivered in electronic format (e.g., ebooks, audio/video recordings). Online Services – somatic coaching sessions conducted via platforms such as Zoom and support via messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp). §3. COACHING SERVICES Coaching is a creative partnership aimed at supporting the Client in achieving their potential. The Client acknowledges that results are subjective and depend on their commitment; the Seller does not guarantee specific outcomes. Ethics: The Coach commits to the ethical standards of the International Coach Federation (ICF). §4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS Prices are provided in GBP (£), PLN (zł) or EUR (€). Payments are processed via the platform available at www.wildrosesomatics.co or via stripe. Payment Plans: If a payment plan (installments) is chosen, the Client commits to timely payments according to the agreed schedule. §5. CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION Cancellation Policy: The Client must notify the Coach of any session changes at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled later will be charged in full. Termination: Either party may terminate long-term cooperation with a 4-week notice period in writing. §6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Digital products are delivered immediately after payment. Loss of Right to Withdraw: The Client agrees that by accessing digital content immediately, they waive their statutory right to withdraw from the contract. §7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All materials provided (exercises, audio, video, ebooks) are the property of Embodied Revolution and are protected by copyright. They are for the Client’s personal use only.
